Leadership and management consulting firm ConvergenceCoaching announced its Remote and Blended Work Video Learning Programs to help accounting firms manage the sudden rise in remote and hybrid work situations due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The videos are available on demand and are broken down into smaller segments to share with staff members over time.

As an organization that has been 100% remote since our start nearly 22 years ago, we are in the perfect position to provide real-life strategies and solutions to help firms overcome challenges when managing team members and serving clients in a remote and blended environment, including how to handle the persistent objections that still exist!”
