KPMG International announced a number of appointments: Paul Korolkiewicz as global head of quality, risk and regulatory, and Regina Mayor as global head of clients and markets, with both joining the firm’s global management team. In other firm news, the firm hired Britt Haxton as a principal in the international tax practice in the Tysons Corner, Virginia; Joe Vaccaro as a business tax services partner in the New York financial services banking and insurance tax practice; Ilya Borukhov and Nelson Valentine as managing directors in the asset management tax practice based in New York; Mike Rylant as a managing director in the state and local tax practice in Hartford, Connecticut; and Suzy Fuller, who rejoins KPMG as a managing director in the New York real estate and financial services tax practice in Kansas City.

Shlomo Lang was hired as managing director in the valuation advisory services practice at CohnReznick, New York, while Nick Carofano and Jie Shao have joined the firm as managing directors in its international tax practice. Additionally, Bhavesh Vadhani, principal, global leader, cybersecurity, technology risk, and privacy, was named to The Consulting Report’s Top 50 Cybersecurity Consultants and Leaders list. 

Noelene Sheridan has joined EisnerAmper, New York, as a tax partner in its private client services group.
